All prices listed on our website are processed in the currency displayed at checkout. If your local payment card currency is different, your bank or credit card issuer will automatically calculate the final exchange rate at the time of purchase.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties; Canine Product Suitability
Our products are intended strictly for canine use as described. Before introducing any product to your dog, you must exercise your own professional judgment and evaluate the suitability of the item based on the size, breed, health condition, chewing habits, and age of your dog. H2O Pups disclaims any and all liability with regard to any injuries, allergies, or adverse physical reactions suffered by your pet, other animals, or persons as a result of using or consuming our products. Products are provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of durability or longevity.

6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall H2O Pups, our directors, officers, or employees be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind—including lost profits, lost revenue, or property damage—arising from your use of any of our products or services.

7. Cross-Border Transactions and Customs Protection
For shipments bound for destinations outside of Canada (including the United States), the buyer acknowledges that they are acting as the Importer of Record. Any customs clearances, duties, tariffs, or local import taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer. You agree that delay of delivery caused by customs check inspections does not constitute a valid reason for credit card chargebacks or payment disputes.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. You explicitly agree that any legal action or dispute arising out of your use of this site must be filed exclusively in the provincial or federal courts located in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
